Moord in het klooster

Inhoud

In de kapel van een Engels nonnenklooster wordt een oude barones vermoord. Inspector Pearson van Scotland Yards stelt een onderzoek in, dat het vreemdste uit zijn loopbaan wordt: hij krijgt te maken met een groot aantal verdachten die voor zijn gevoel precies op elkaar lijken: de zusters in hun identieke habijt, en de meisjes van de kloosterschool in hun uniform.

Complete waste of time

When a woman is found murdered on the steps of a convent's altar chapel, Chief Inspector Pearson of Scotland Yard finds himself forced to question the convent residents, and he's not too comfortable doing so.

This is a very unconvincing detective story by an unknown writer. I really don't know why I continued reading this rubbish. Maybe it was because I still had hope that the story would lead to some climax. Sadly enough that was not the case: the explanation of the murder was as unconvincing as the murder itself.

This book was a complete waste of time.
